Feldenkrais is a gentle neuromuscular education system that regulates your nervous system, relieves pain, and re-patterns the way your brain directs your body in movement.

FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATION
Sitting, or lying comfortably clothed on a low padded table, you are guided by a precise and gentle touch, to move with improved efficiency and comfort. By unravelling poor neuromuscular habits, and re-coding your nervous system with healthier movement patterns, these lessons create the conditions for healing and often dramatically improved function.
AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT
You will be verbally-guided to move slowly and gently through a planned sequence of movement explorations relating to the function you wish to improve. By paying close attention to the sensations of each movement, and developing a keener self-awareness, you will discover greatly improved flexibility and fluidity of movement.
CHILD'SPACE
Based on Feldenkrais principles, these lessons are for both typical or challenged babies, and provide the building blocks for optimal development from birth and beyond. In addition to the hands-on sessions, I will teach you how to best support your baby's learning, and to develop the skills to enhance your rapport and connection with your child.
ONLINE LESSONS
Can't get to see me in person? No problem! I can work just as effectively with or your child online, from the comfort of your own home. I will design a program for you specific to your personal needs and interests, and teach you how to do the lessons, so you can learn to be your own best teacher.
